Key Responsibilities

• Administer The Erp System In A Production Environment, Ensuring Optimal Performance And Availability Through Effective Configuration And Maintenance Of The Application.
• Monitor And Assess The Impact Of New Software Releases, Support Packs, And Kernel Upgrades On The Erp Application And Its Users, Facilitating Seamless Transitions And Enhancements.
• Manage Database Optimization And Perform Tasks Related To Backup And Recovery Using Tools Like Oracle Database And Sql Server, Ensuring Data Integrity And Availability.
• Conduct Troubleshooting At Both The Erp And Database Levels, EmployING Analytical Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues Efficiently.
• Train Team Members On Erp Functionalities And Best Practices, Fostering Knowledge Transfer And Enhancing Team Capabilities To Support The Erp System Effectively.

Comprehensive knowledge of best practices for managing ARR and LPP metrics, including renewal pricing, as well as the impacts of pull-forwards and consolidations.

Contract Interpretation

Skilled in parsing complex software licensing agreements to verify specific renewal caps and terms.

Meticulous Accuracy

Exceptional detail orientation with a focus on tracking exact LPP across multiple legacy systems.

Advanced Data Modeling

High proficiency in SQL and Excel (including Power Query and complex financial modeling) to manipulate large datasets.

Systems Mastery

Hands-on experience extracting historical pricing using Salesforce CRM, CPQ tools, and Oracle ERP.

Edge-Case Problem Solving

Strong capability in accurately calculating mid-cycle prorations, upgrades, contractions, and churn.
