Uline, a leading distributor, seeks a Pricing Analytics Manager to drive the pricing analytics team and enhance reporting to support the Sales organization. You will guide discounting strategies, mentor analysts, and manage pricing software configurations to deliver actionable insights at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Operations, Finance, Pricing or Sales with team management experience.
• Expertise using Excel and SQL to interpret data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication with experience delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine discounting strategies based on growth goals, market trends and competitive analysis.
• Enhance reporting and analysis capabilities using BI tools.
• Communicate results to senior leaders with actionable insights, including facilitating quarterly pricing steering committee meetings.
• Direct projects with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Inside Sales and Executive Operations.
• Support the configuration and management of the proprietary software that produces pricing recommendations.
• Mentor Uline analysts on sales quoting data analysis.
