Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, is seeking a Pricing Analytics Manager at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will direct the pricing analytics team, drive reporting enhancements, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for the Sales organization.

Collaborate with executive leadership to refine discounting strategies, oversee pricing software configuration, and mentor analysts on data analysis and quoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Operations, Finance, Pricing or Sales with experience managing and developing a team.
• Expertise in using tools such as Excel or SQL to interpret complex data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication skills with experience creating and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the pricing analytics team and enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and refine discounting strategies based on growth goals, market trends and competitive analysis.
• Communicate results to senior leaders with actionable insights, including facilitating quarterly pricing steering committee meetings.
• Direct projects with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Inside Sales and Executive Operations.
• Support the configuration and management of the proprietary software that produces pricing recommendations.
• Mentor Uline analysts on sales quoting data analysis.
