Uline is seeking a Pricing Analytics Manager to lead the pricing analytics team at the Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will drive pricing strategy, enhance reporting, and deliver insights to support the Sales organization.

The role requires strong data interpretation skills, leadership experience, and the ability to communicate results to senior leaders. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Operations, Finance, Pricing or Sales with team leadership experience.
• Expertise in using tools such as Excel or SQL to interpret data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication skills with experience creating and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to refine discounting strategies based on growth goals and market trends.
• Enhance reporting and analysis capabilities using BI tools.
• Present results to senior leaders with actionable insights and support pricing steering committee meetings.
• Direct projects with Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, Inside Sales and Executive Operations.
• Support configuration and management of proprietary pricing software.
• Mentor analysts on sales quoting data analysis.
