Job summary

Sprout is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our pricing team and optimize job-level pricing across our client base. You will work in our ERP environment to ensure pricing aligns with contracts, rate structures, and margins.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in pricing or revenue operations, a finance-related degree, strong Excel skills, and an interest in automating workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of pricing, revenue operations, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and willingness to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Accurately price customer jobs in the ERP system, applying contract terms, rates, and internal pricing policies.
• Develop understanding of each customer’s pricing structure and exceptions.
• Collaborate with CSMs and Operations to ensure ERP setup reflects pricing needs.
• Monitor profitability and margins; highlight trends and pricing concerns.
• Work with senior pricing leaders and tech teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Update pricing configurations in the ERP to reflect contract changes.
