Job summary

Sproutup, a global IT hardware retirement provider headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Pricing Analyst to price customer jobs in our ERP system and ensure alignment with contract terms and margin targets.

You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Operations to set up pricing correctly, monitor profitability, and identify automation opportunities with senior pricing leaders and the tech team to reduce errors and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in pricing, revenue operations or related finance role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or data analytics.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL or BI tools a plus.
• Clear communicator in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Price customer jobs in the ERP system, applying correct terms, rates and internal policies.
• Understand each customer’s pricing structure and exceptions in the system.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Operations to ensure accurate ERP setup of customer jobs.
• Monitor profitability and margins over time and highlight trends or pricing concerns.
• Work with senior pricing leaders and technology teams to identify automation, reduce errors, and improve processes.
• Maintain pricing configurations in the ERP to reflect contract or rate changes.
