Job description

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for determining the appropriate pricing for Inotiv products based on various factors. Their duties include conducting market research on competitor pricing, reviewing sales data and revenue needs, and setting market prices for products. The role collaborates with Business Development leaders and subject matter experts to ensure consistent and accurate pricing across all offerings.

*This position may be offered at different levels depending on the candidate's education and experience. The salary range is $69,000 - $83,000 and is commensurate with the role level, experience, and education.

1. Analyze pricing data from industry standards, sales trends, and competitors; report findings to decision-makers.
2. Collaborate with operational partners to establish pricing strategies.
3. Identify marketing strategies to enhance profits.
4. Develop tools to monitor market trends.
5. Determine sales and clearance prices to boost customer traffic.
6. Compare sales trends over periods and analyze causes for changes.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
