Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant financial operations/pricing activation experience or 4+ years in customer service with a related degree.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, analyze data to make decisions.
• Experience working with contracts and large data sets.
• Independently analyze information from various data sources to determine actions for cases.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
• History of handling challenging projects and delivering results.
• Solution-oriented mindset with best-practice focus.
• Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own accurate and timely activation of sold custom pricing contracts.
• Own the pricing activation of custom pricing contracts in Stripe’s billing systems from intake to post-activation checks.
• Translate legal terms into accurate billing configurations; identify ambiguous terms.
• Perform quality-control and reconciliation checks to confirm billing outcomes.
• Partner with internal teams to develop and improve operational processes and programs.
• Collaborate with sales to resolve onboarding and rate discrepancy inquiries.
• Analyze processes and drive changes to scale operations and improve UX.
• Assist with system implementations for billings, collections, audits and support.
• Contribute to flux analysis of key metrics and ad hoc projects.
