Stripe is seeking a Monetization Services Specialist - Pricing Activation to join our FinOps team in Seattle. You will help onboard custom pricing contracts and translate terms into precise billing configurations within Stripe’s systems.

You’ll collaborate with deal desks, legal, and engineering to improve operational processes, resolve rate discrepancies, and scale our workflows for diverse customers while driving data‑driven improvements across the billing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of financial operations/pricing activation experience or 4+ years in customer service with relevant degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and data sets to drive decisions independently.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, G Suite tools and MS Office with contracts experience.
• Proven cross-functional partnership experience and detail‑oriented execution.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a track record of delivering results.

Responsabilités

• Own accurate and timely activation of sold custom pricing contracts.
• Own pricing activation in Stripe’s billing systems from intake to post‑activation checks.
• Translate pricing and invoicing terms into billing configurations; flag ambiguous terms.
• Perform quality‑control and reconciliation checks to ensure expected billing outcomes.
• Partner with internal systems, deal desk, legal, sales ops, audit, and engineers to improve processes.
• Collaborate with sales to resolve onboarding inquiries and rate discrepancies.
• Analyze processes to scale operations and enhance user experience.
• Assist with system implementations for billing, collections, and audit support.
• Contribute to or act as DRI for monthly/quarterly flux analyses and ad hoc projects.
