Stripe is seeking a Monetization and Contract Success Specialist to guide complex commercial agreements through pre-signature review, ensuring terms are clear, feasible, and implementable in Stripe’s systems. You’ll collaborate with Deal Pricing, Legal, Billing, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve deal velocity.

The role emphasizes operational rigor, risk awareness, and scalable processes, contributing to improved activation accuracy and user experience across the contract lifecycle.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in commercial contracting, deal management, or related fields.
• Ability to translate complex commercial terms into system requirements.
• Experience partnering with Legal or risk and control functions; negotiation support valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle high-volume work with precision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain requirements clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME across the contract lifecycle; advise deal owners on supportability elements.
• Review and interpret commercial and legal terms; prepare inputs for review.
• Partner with Pricing, Legal, Accounting, Billing, Sales Ops, and Eng teams to align objectives.
• Advise on terms balancing user needs, Stripe objectives, feasibility, and risk.
• Own onboarding of custom contracts and pricing terms into Stripe systems.
• Manage contract workflows; maintain documentation and status updates.
