Job summary

Corporate Stays is seeking an experienced Short-Term Rental Revenue Manager to own daily pricing strategy across portfolios in Canada and Latin America. You will maximize revenue, improve portfolio performance, and guide pricing decisions using PriceLabs, Hostaway, and Guesty.

The role is full-time and remote, reporting to the Head of Revenue & Distribution. You will analyze market demand, adjust pricing rules, and collaborate with Distribution, Reservations, and Operations to optimize

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in short-term rental revenue management.
• Advanced, hands-on PriceLabs experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing pricing for at least 100 short-term rental properties preferred.
• Experience with Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Familiarity with Hostaway, Guesty, or similar property management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAN, booking pace, and revenue forecasting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience managing multiple geographic markets is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Daily Revenue Management: manage pricing and revenue across portfolios, optimize ADR and RevPAN, adjust min-stay, discounts, and seasonality.
• PriceLabs Management: configure and optimize pricing rules; analyze demand, seasonality, events, and competitor pricing; synchronize with Hostaway and Guesty.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: monitor markets, determine pricing opportunities, and develop Canada/Latin America strategies.
• Collaboration: coordinate with Distribution, Airbnb Performance Specialist, Reservations and Operations.
• Reporting & Accountability: prepare weekly revenue reports and identify improvements.
