Responsibilities

• Optimize Airbnb listing content, photos, and sequencing to improve attraction and conversions.
• Analyze traffic, conversion, and CTR to identify gaps and act on improvements.
• Maintain accurate, consistent listings across Canada, Panama, and Paraguay and audit quality.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Distribution, Reservations, and local Ops teams on strategy.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and document ongoing improvements.
