You will read schematics, diagnose issues, and communicate with clients. Regular site visits require strong organization, steady hands, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• We require a high school diploma or GED; technical training is preferred.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, and related systems is a plus.
• CERTIFICATIONS such as EPA 608 or CFESA are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on gas, electric, water, and steam powered kitchen equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair steps and timelines.
• Ensure repairs meet safety regulations and industry standards.
• Document repairs, service reports, and parts used; submit invoices promptly.
• Manage inventory and maintain truck stock for on-site parts.
