Ameriserve is seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Technician to service and maintain commercial kitchen equipment and HVACR systems. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, excellent customer service, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 0–2 years in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and gas systems; able to read manuals and schematics.
• EPA 608 or CFESA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Gas, Electric, Water, and Steam Powered Commercial Kitchen, Refrigeration and HVAC Equipment.
• Customer Service: Communicate repair procedures and solutions to minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure repairs and maintenance meet safety regulations and standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records; prepare service reports and invoices.
• Inventory Management: Track tools, equipment, and parts; keep truck stocked.
