AmeriServe is seeking a skilled Preventative Maintenance Technician in Tucker, GA to service commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC and related systems. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong customer service, and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have experience with gas/electric systems, a technical background, and the ability to read schematics. Travel and on-site work are expected, with company vehicle and tools provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational training in appliance repair or HVAC preferred.
• EPA 608, CFESA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen, refrigeration, HVAC equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate repair procedures to clients.
• Ensure repairs comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed service records and submit reports promptly.
• Manage tools, inventory and keep the company vehicle stocked.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
