The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and gas systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and gas systems; ability to read manuals and schematics.
• EPA 608 or CFESA certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; able to pass background screening.
• Able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

Responsabilités

• Preventative Maintenance: Gas, Electric, Water, and Steam Powered Commercial Kitchen, Refrigeration and HVAC Equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures and minimizing downtime
• Ensure safety compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Maintain detailed service reports and invoices; submit promptly
• Inventory management: keep tools, equipment, and spare parts; replenish as needed; keep truck stock
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training
