Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking a Maintenance Planning Specialist to create and manage Preventative Maintenance programs across our service operations. You will work with Lube Technicians, Service Managers, and customers to improve reliability and revenue.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent, five years of technician experience, and strong computer and communication skills. You will input data into a CMMS, prepare quotes, and monitor performance to ensure customer

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
Five years of technician experience.
Proficient computer skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to collaborate and encourage employee involvement.

Responsibilities

Create Preventive Maintenance schedule for Lube Technicians, working closely with Service managers and customers
Dispatch Lube Technicians
Manage Lube Technicians, providing direction as required
Prepare Preventive Maintenance quotes for customers
Input data regarding equipment, maintenance schedules, work orders, and other related items into computerized maintenance system
Open and close work orders
Ensure oil sample protocol is adhered to by Lube Technicians
Ensure customer satisfaction through measurement and reporting, taking prompt action when needed
Monitor operational performance and efficiencies
Other tasks as requested by manager
