Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of mechanics responsible for the upkeep of site equipment at our Texas operations. The role focuses on developing strategies and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity, while ensuring safe, reliable machinery that meets customer needs.

You will monitor equipment performance, drive improvements, and manage both operational and capital budgets.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Diesel, Electrical, Hydraulic, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile equipment maintenance management within a heavy industrial environment.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience with maintenance planning software and CMMS.
