We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through effective scheduling and coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for preventive, predictive, and corrective activities
• Coordinate planned maintenance tasks with production schedules to minimize operational disruptions
• Create, prioritize, and manage work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to address equipment reliability issues
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs
• Implement best practices and contribute to the development of maintenance policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance planning within an industrial setting
• Experience using SAP as ERP is considered a strong asset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks within budget and time constraints
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
