Job summary

This full-time, day-shift role requires organizing maintenance work, managing storeroom inventory, and coordinating with the maintenance and production teams.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, 5 years of related experience, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CMMS knowledge and storeroom management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks with minimal production impact.
• Prioritize work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Manage storeroom inventory and parts data entry.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisors and production teams.
• Ensure tools and parts are available for technicians.
• Develop PM programs and procedures for equipment.
• Maintain records and generate maintenance performance reports.
