Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to coordinate and perform maintenance on production equipment, systems and services. The role requires hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs and CMMS, and a focus on preventive maintenance, safety compliance and minimizing downtime.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or GED; 5 years of related maintenance experience or training; or an equivalent combination.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, metal fabrication, PLC, electrical, plumbing, machine tools, power distribution and hand tools.

Responsibilities

Installs and maintains all production machines and equipment.
Performs regular, preventive and predictive maintenance per manuals and procedures.
Performs emergency/unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime.
Maintains CMMS records and documents work performed.
Assists with plant layout and equipment modifications.
Performs other maintenance tasks including cleaning, plumbing and grounds keeping.
Supports safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
