Linder Industrial Machinery Company is a leading heavy equipment dealer with nationwide coverage. We are seeking a PMU/maintenance-focused professional to create and manage Preventative Maintenance programs, improving departmental revenue through efficiencies.

Responsibilities include scheduling, dispatching, data input, quotes, and ensuring protocol compliance, while driving customer satisfaction and operational performance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years technician experience.
• Proficient computer skills and excellent verbal/written communication.

Responsabilités

• Create Preventive Maintenance schedule for Lube Technicians, working closely with Service managers and customers.
• Dispatch Lube Technicians.
• Manage Lube Technicians, providing direction as required.
• Prepare Preventive Maintenance quotes for customers.
• Input data regarding equipment, maintenance schedules, work orders, and other related items into computerized maintenance system.
• Open and close work orders.
• Ensure oil sample protocol is adhered to by Lube Technicians.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through measurement and reporting, taking prompt action when needed.
• Monitor operational performance and efficiencies.
• Other tasks as requested by manager.
