Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier seeks a Prevention Coordinator to support the National Guard Bureau (NG), J1 Warrior Resiliency & Fitness SAP and Suicide Prevention programs. The role emphasizes statewide and national prevention efforts, briefing and data handling across DAMIS and related systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating SAP/SP trainings for members and families, entering and reporting data promptly, and managing schedules per AR guidelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated instructing and briefing skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information briefing (Quarterly) on state and national level SAP and Suicide Prevention.
• Input SAP and SP training into DAMIS and ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
• Electronically report all SAP and SP training within 48 hours of completion.
• Enter assessment/referral and treatment data into DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
• Coordinate and conduct SAP and SP trainings for Service members, families and ARNG units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
