Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services in New Jersey seeks a dedicated prevention program specialist to collaborate with schools, consultants, and community partners. You will assist in program planning, data collection, reporting, and quality improvement, delivering trainings, workshops, webinars, and assemblies.

The role requires presenting to diverse audiences, coordinating services across Burlington County, travel as needed, and implementing evidence-based curricula with fidelity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services related field.
• At least three years’ experience in non-profit or social services.
• Experience in prevention programs or community-based services.
• Experience with evidence-based practice models and training/coaching per procedures.
• Year-for-year substitution: thirty semester hours equals one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate trainings and assemblies.
• Assist in data collection, reporting, and continuous quality improvement processes.
• Plan and implement prevention programs in schools and communities.
• Deliver presentations and prevention programming to audiences of varying sizes.
• Coordinate service delivery within Burlington County and travel as needed.
• Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches.
