Job summary

Center for Family Services is seeking dedicated staff to collaborate with consultants, districts, and providers to facilitate trainings and educational programs. You will assist in programmatic data collection, reporting, and evaluation while supporting a wide range of community services.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in a Human Services field, at least three years in non-profit settings, and a valid NJ driver’s license with vehicle and insurance. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field; experience in prevention programs.
• Minimum three years' experience in non-profit or social service environments.
• Experience in training and coaching according to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate trainings, workshops, webinars, assemblies, etc.
• Assist in data collection, reporting, quality improvement processes, and evaluation of services.
• Other duties as assigned.
