Job summary

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton is seeking a Hub Supervising Prevention Consultant to plan and implement school- and community-based prevention programs. You will supervise a team of prevention consultants and foster alliances with schools, law enforcement, health providers, and community centers.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and experience in community organizing and evidence-based programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in community organizing and developing partnerships.
• Experience in social service environment implementing evidenced based practice.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license required.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and marginalized communities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement programs in schools and communities.
• Establish alliances with school boards, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community centers.
• Serve as a customer service role model with participants and schools.
• Supervise a team of prevention consultants who provide trainings and workshops.
• Implement evidence-based prevention services and curricula with fidelity.
