Job summary

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton in Hamilton, NJ seeks a Hub Prevention Consultant to collaborate with school districts and community partners to deliver training, workshops, webinars, and assemblies. You will assist with data collection, reporting, and quality improvement for prevention programs targeting youth and families.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Education (or 7 years related experience), 3+ years in non-profit settings, and a NJ driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field or Education preferred.
• At least three years' experience in non-profit, social services, or related programs.
• Experience implementing evidence-based prevention education models.
• Note: Valid New Jersey driver’s license, safe driving record, and vehicle availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, assemblies, etc.
• Assist in the programmatic data collection, reporting, continuous quality improvement processes and evaluation of services to target population.
