Preferred Behavioral Health Group is seeking a Prevention Consultant Supervisor in Monmouth, NJ to lead a team delivering trainings and evidence-based prevention services to youth and families. Located at the Monmouth Office, this full-time role collaborates with schools and community partners to implement prevention curricula with fidelity.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and at least three years of relevant experience, with Spanish language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field required.
• Three years of relevant work experience required.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.
• Valid NJ driver’s license and safe driving record required per program regulations.
• Fingerprinting per DCF/DOE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, and assemblies to youth and families.
• Supervises a team of Prevention Consultants, manages daily activities, workload, performance coaching, and quality service delivery.
• Assists in program data collection, reporting, quality improvement, and evaluation of services for the target population.
• Facilitates trainings, workshops, webinars, and assemblies to HUB vicinage schools.
• Attends events/meetings for NJ4S related to prevention and community services.

Job Description/Summary

Collaborates with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, and assemblies to youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to a team of Prevention Consultants, including managing daily activities, monitoring workload and performance, providing coaching and support, ensuring adherence to program requirements, and maintaining high-quality service delivery to schools and community partners.
• Will assist in the programmatic data collection, reporting, continuous quality improvement processes, and evaluation of services to target population.
• Facilitates trainings, workshops, webinars, and assemblies to all schools in the HUB vicinage.
• Attends events and meetings as needed for NJ4S related to prevention and community services.
• Planning and implementing programs to schools and communities.
• Establish alliances with organizations which have similar goals: school boards, law enforcement, healthcare providers, community centers and other community service providers.
• Serves as a customer service role model to ensure a positive relationship with interactions with all program participants.
• Implements evidence-based prevention services with curricula with fidelity.
• Schedules and assists with the program collaborators on best practices related to prevention science offered to the HUB participants.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.
• Computer proficiency, familiarity with Excel, Word, professional electronic record keeping portals.
• Excellent managerial and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates familiarity with organizational policy and procedure.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in related field (Counseling, Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Education)
• Experience: Three years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in the Spanish language, including both verbal and written communication skills a plus.
• Valid NJDL, safe driving record and vehicle availability required per DCF.
• Satisfactory fingerprinting results as per DCF/DOE regulations.
