Are you ready for new challenges?This position is responsible for execution of preventive maintenance (PM) on TRUMPF CNC machines while building and developing strong customer relationships. This position requires travel 100% nationwide, including overnight stays and occasional weekend travel.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service.Communicate with customers in a professional manner. Explaining the work done, reviewing the safety evaluation, activity reports,maintenance checklist and related topics.Provide onsite training to customers for operation and/or maintenance of machines.Execute PM on TRUMPF CNC machines (laser-cutting, punching, press-brake and laser-punch combination) in accordance with checklists and TRUMPF guidelines.Must be able to lift 70 pounds without aid.Work carefully with the Product Support for technical assistance and provide them with diagnostic feedbackWork together with PM scheduler in respect of planning and scheduling missions.Flexible / adaptable attitude regarding last minute changes to schedule and mission.Submit organized and helpful mission reports within a day after completing the mission.
