Job summary

TRUMPF Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines nationwide. You will work closely with customers, report conditions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep equipment within tolerance.

The role requires travel up to 100% including overnight stays and some international travel, with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Associates program or technical school degree in engineering principles.
• Experience with electronics, digital circuits and hydraulics is helpful.
• Clean and valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair TRUMPF CNC machines.
• Build strong customer relationships and report technical conditions.
• Coordinate with product support, applications, sales and engineering.
• Provide onsite operation and repair training for customers.
• Submit organized service reports after each repair mission.
