Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication & human relation skills; verbal and written.
• 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing facility.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Analytical and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently with leadership achievements.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Unplanned event response.
• Direct supervision and planning of the Shift maintenance team.
• Direct supervision and planning of the Daycrew Pool maintenance team.
• Part management and availability.
• Contractor management as needed.
• Provide recognition, guidance, and counseling on job performance and absenteeism.
• Maintain constructive relationships by addressing opportunities promptly.
• Review critical equipment areas and implement maintenance safety segments.
• Ensure 5S standards in the maintenance area.
• Identify downtime causes and drive improvement actions.
• Monitor process performance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist in commissioning of new plant/equipment.
