Job summary

GNS North America is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead manufacturing maintenance technicians and drive uptime, OEE, and customer service across our press room operations. You will coordinate safety, quality, productivity and cost targets with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing maintenance teams.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and PM scheduling.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance staff in the press room.
• Ensures PM backlog is managed and weekly schedules are developed.
• Keeps data entry accurate in PLEX and related systems.
• Leads safety briefings and ensures lockout/tagout procedures.
• Coordinates repairs to electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
