Job summary
Pilkington North America Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Leader to guide maintenance teams and drive reliability improvements in a manufacturing setting.
The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and continuous improvement, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong knowledge of industrial maintenance systems, and CMMS proficiency, along with a focus on reducing downtime and improving overall equipment
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
- Proficient in CMMS and analyzing maintenance KPIs.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance team to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS teams.
- Monitor KPIs and manage budgets and workload.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Support capital projects and reliability initiatives.
