Job summary

Hire Up Staffing Services in Fresno, CA seeks a Certified Payroll Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to California Prevailing Wage, Davis-Bacon, and IRA requirements. This in-person, full-time role focuses on reviewing subcontractor certified payrolls, preparing in-house reports, and timely submissions through DIR and LCP Tracker systems.

Strong attention to detail and proactive collaboration with project teams are essential.

Qualifications

Experience with certified payroll processing and prevailing wage compliance.
Knowledge of DIR reporting and LCP Tracker.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Review certified payroll reports from subcontractors for compliance with project requirements.
Prepare accurate in-house certified payroll reports using payroll and compliance software.
Submit certified payroll reports through DIR, LCP Tracker, and other platforms.
Prepare pre-job compliance documents including DAS 140 and DAS 142 forms.
Advise project managers on prevailing wage compliance and subcontractor requirements.
Communicate with subcontractors to ensure understanding of reporting and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with third-party compliance firms and respond to payroll RFIs.
Conduct routine project audits to identify and reduce noncompliance risk.
