• Review certified payroll reports for compliance with federal, state, and local rules.
• Submit in-house certified payroll reports using payroll/compliance software.
• Submit documentation via DIR, LCP Tracker, and project systems.
• Prepare DAS 140 and DAS 142 pre-job compliance documents.
• Advise project managers on wage compliance and subcontractor documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, compliance firms, and internal teams to resolve RFIs and audits.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor certified payroll reports for compliance with project requirements and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate in-house certified payroll reports using required payroll and compliance software.
• Submit certified payroll documentation through compliance platforms such as DIR, LCP Tracker, and other project-specific systems.
• Prepare pre-job compliance documents, including DAS 140 and DAS 142 forms.
• Advise project managers on wage compliance requirements, subcontractor documentation, and potential compliance risks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, third-party compliance firms, and internal teams to resolve payroll RFIs, audits, corrections, and noncompliance issues.
