• Experience in contract management includes organized labor agreements, union labor, and fringe benefits.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor prevailing wage compliance for projects under PWA and Davis-Bacon Act requirements.
• Interpret and apply Davis-Bacon Act, Service Contract Act, and state/local prevailing wage laws.
• Review certified payroll reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct internal and external payroll audits.
• Provide training on wage requirements to contractors and staff.
• Maintain records for audits and reporting.
• Investigate wage complaints or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports to funding agencies and oversight bodies.
• Stay current on changes in labor laws and wage determinations.
