Responsibilities include maintaining electronic certified payroll records, auditing subcontractor submissions, and ensuring timely reporting under DBRA, Walsh Healy, and related laws. Associate degree and 2 years of payroll experience required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 2 years of certified payroll experience
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws including DBRA and related acts
• Proficiency with electronic certified payroll systems and MS Office suite

Responsabilités

• Apply understanding of prevailing wage laws to support projects
• Monitor subcontractor reporting for compliance with payroll regulations
• Review and verify apprenticeship program compliance and certificates
• Audit subcontractor payroll submissions for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain electronic certified payroll records and ensure timely submissions
• Support project site audits and wage reporting processes
