Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned professional to oversee prevailing wage practices and certified payroll across projects in the region. You will maintain master lists, train teams, and monitor compliance using electronic payroll systems.

The role requires strong knowledge of federal/state/local prevailing wage rules, subcontractor engagement, and audits, with a focus on accurate reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program with 4 years of certified payroll experience or equivalent.
• Construction-related experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of certified payroll policies and Davis-Bacon/related acts.

Responsabilités

• Maintain prevailing wage knowledge across federal, state, and local requirements.
• Review subcontractor compliance and engage with contractors on wage compliance.
• Manage electronic certified payroll system and related reporting.
