Turner Construction Company is seeking a Prevailing Wage Administrator to support projects with certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance. You will maintain the electronic payroll system, assist with on-site audits, review subcontractor compliance, and ensure apprenticeship program validation under DBRA and related regulations.

The role requires knowledge of federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws and experience with electronic payroll tools.

Qualifications

• Associates degree plus 3 years of certified payroll experience or equivalent.
• Experience with prevailing wage compliance and public works in OR/WA preferred.
• Familiarity with Oregon BOLI and Washington State L&I regulations.
• Ability to operate electronic payroll systems and prepare payroll audits.

Responsabilités

• Support projects requiring certified payroll and prevailing wages.
• Monitor reporting requirements to ensure compliance with laws.
• Review subcontractor compliance and apprenticeship programs.
• Audit certified payroll submissions and restitution as needed.
• Conduct site audits and maintain payroll systems.
• Assist in training and development on prevailing wage processes.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
