• Strong integrity, analytic capabilities, and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current understanding of federal, state, and local prevailing wage requirements.
• Review subcontractors to ensure correct compliance language and requirements.
• Engage with prime and subcontractors to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Manage reporting and procedures for contractor compliance with laws.
• Oversee apprenticeship ratios and subcontractor payroll audits.
• Coordinate setup and ongoing management of electronic certified payroll system.
