Job summary

The Oregon Judicial Department is hiring a Pretrial Services Supervisor to direct the Pretrial Services unit, oversee staffing, and shape local processes. You will lead training, hire recommendations, and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.

Candidates should have a related degree and at least five years of supervisory experience, with LEDS certification preferred. The role is based in Lane County Jail and offers full-time hours with benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, management, or related field required.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible supervisor experience or staff support.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of the Pretrial Services unit and administer pretrial services.
• Supervise and train staff; oversee hiring and staff development.
• Oversee daily operations, coordinate workload and staffing resources.
• Attend meetings to develop and update pretrial service processes and goals.
• Develop training programs and cross-training for staff.
