The Lane County Circuit Court in Eugene, Oregon is hiring a Pretrial Services Supervisor (Supervisor 3). You will direct the work of the Pretrial Services unit, plan and administer pretrial services, and provide guidance and leadership to staff.

The role requires supervising and training, overseeing hiring, attending meetings on policy and procedures, and developing short- and long-term goals. A minimum of five years in a supervisory role and an Associate’s degree are required, with LEDS

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive supervisory experience; relevant court/agency experience preferred.
• LEDS certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
