Job summary

Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the Judicial Supervision & Diversion Programs Division in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves case navigation for defendants in Pretrial Services, performing needs assessments, coordinating services, and guiding interns in field experience.

The successful candidate will assess treatment needs, coordinate resources, prepare reports, and monitor compliance, with opportunities to work closely with judges and treatment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years’ experience in case management; NCIC certification possible within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the status and needs of defendants for treatment.
• Investigate defendants’ background and treatment adherence.
• Develop treatment plans with Clinical Director.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with care providers.
• Monitor compliance with treatment plans and court requirements.
