Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine their needs and assisting with prestige merchandise purchases.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations while upholding store standards and replenishment. The role supports the Sales Manager and requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals in prestige category and brands.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, personalize service and inform guests of promotions and events.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
