Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and assisting in selecting cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. The role supports the Sales Manager, with emphasis on service,guest experience, events, and brand education.

The position requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge. Flexible schedule includes weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals in the prestige category and support store performance.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize product recommendations.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store services and events.
• Stay informed on beauty trends, products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain clean, well-organized testing areas and store standards.
• Attend prestige and brand training to drive sales performance.
