Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and guiding them in selecting color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products. You will support the Sales Manager with service, events, and guest experiences while upholding store standards.

The role requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage with them to determine needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain store standards.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Keep prestige brand areas replenished and organized according to planograms.
