Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and helping them choose color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will maintain store standards, assist with events, and support the Sales Manager in achieving performance goals.

The role requires passion for beauty, excellent guest service, and ability to learn product knowledge. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected to align

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service with a guest-friendly environment and informed promotions.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events delivering premier guest experiences.
• Share knowledge of trends, products and ingredients to better serve guests.
