Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category, engaging guests, and guiding them in selecting cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products. You will support the Sales Manager, drive conversions, and contribute to in-store events while maintaining store standards.

The role requires a passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and strong product knowledge with the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and personalizing recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
