Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige sales through personalized guest interactions, makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations. You will support the Sales Manager with service delivery, events, and maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates have a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to build guest relationships. This role requires flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays within a vibrant retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in retail and service sales for the prestige category.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and recommending products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed about trends, products, and ingredients to better serve guests.
