Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in cosmetics, skincare and fragrance by engaging guests and determining their needs. You will assist in product selection, demonstrations, and in-store events while upholding store standards and guest experience.

This role requires a passion for beauty, exceptional service, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are provided to support sales performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book and support services and in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed on trends, products and ingredients to educate guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
